Linear vibrating screen description
The screen machine is mainly composed of screen box, screen frame,
screen mesh, vibration motor, motor base, vibration damping spring,
support and so on.
1, screen box: made of several kinds of steel plate welding of
different thickness, with a certain strength and stiffness, is the
main part of the screen machine.
2, screen frame: made of pine or small deformation of wood, mainly
used to keep the screen flat, to achieve normal screening.
3, screen: there are low carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless
steel wire and several kinds of screen.
4. Vibration motor (Please refer to the operation manual of
vibration motor for the use and maintenance method).
5, motor pedestal: installation of vibration motor, before the use
of the connection screw must be tightened, especially three days
before the trial of the new screen machine, must be repeatedly
tightened, so as not to loose cause accidents.
6, damping spring: prevent vibration to the ground, while
supporting the full weight of the screen box, installation, the
spring must be vertical with the ground.
7, support: consists of four pillars and two channel steel,
supporting the screen box, installation of the pillar must be
vertical to the ground, two pillars below the channel steel should
be parallel to each other.
Scope of application
Suitable for the screening and classification of powder, granular
materials, widely used in coal, hydropower, mining, building
materials, chemical, plastics, abrasives, medicine, food, carbon,
fertilizer and other industries.
