Product description

Working principle

After the equipment is started, the motor drives the mixing chamber formed by the two conical cylinders to rotate at a constant speed around a horizontal axis. The materials in the conical chambers are continuously lifted to a certain height as the cylinders rotate, and then they naturally fall under the influence of gravity. During this process, the conical structure causes the materials to form cross-diversions during their descent. Combined with the shear force and diffusion effect generated by the rotation of the cylinders, different types of powder or granular materials can fully contact and be uniformly mixed without forced stirring, ultimately achieving the desired mixing effect.
