Working principle

The core working principle of the spiral mixer is to utilize its unique double-spiral stirrer to drive the materials to perform three-dimensional circular motion within the container.
Specifically, when the stirrer rotates:
The outer spiral blade pushes the material along the inner wall of the cylinder from both ends towards the center slowly.
The inner spiral blade, in the opposite direction, pushes the material from the center rapidly towards both ends.
As a result, the materials simultaneously undergo both axial and radial flow. During this process, the material layers are constantly being divided, exchanging positions, and achieving rapid, uniform and gentle mixing under the influence of convection, diffusion and moderate shear forces. Eventually, a high degree of homogeneity is achieved both macroscopically and microscopically.
