Working principle

The Z-shaped lifting conveyor is composed of a drive unit, a tensioning device, a conveying chain (or belt), a hopper and a frame. When it is in operation, the motor drives the main shaft through the reducer, and then drives the conveying chain (or belt) to rotate through the sprocket (or pulley). The hopper fixed on it is loaded with materials when passing through the feeding port, and then rises along the Z-shaped track to complete the vertical lifting. When it reaches the discharge port, Materials are dumped by means of track changes or unloading devices. The empty hopper after unloading continues to run in a cycle, while the tensioning device adjusts the tension of the chain (or belt) throughout the process to ensure stable and reliable conveying.
