Product Description
The conical mixer is a mixing equipment specially designed for powder and granular materials. Its main body is conical in shape and is equipped with single or double helical stirring components inside. During operation, the screw rotates at high speed, lifting the material at the bottom of the cone along the outer wall of the screw to the top of the cone and then scattering it. This forms a unidirectional mixing path of vertical circulation and radial diffusion inside the cylinder, achieving uniform dispersion of the material. The equipment has a simple structure, lower energy consumption, and the materials are less likely to be damaged during gentle stirring.

Working Principle
When the cylinder of the conical mixer is fixed, it relies on the high-speed rotation of the internal spiral components to lift the material at the bottom of the cone along the outer wall of the spiral to the top of the cone. Due to the centrifugal force and gravity, the material is scattered in all directions, forming a vertical cycle of "lifting - scattering - falling back". Meanwhile, the scattering process drives the material to radially diffuse, colliding and blending with the surrounding materials. By taking advantage of the triple effects of shearing, diffusion and convection, a three-dimensional mixing field is constructed inside the cylinder, achieving efficient and uniform mixing of powder and granular materials. The structure is simple, with low energy consumption and easy cleaning and maintenance.
