The three-dimensional mixer is a highly efficient powder mixing
device. The
moving parts are mainly driven by power to rotate the material
cylinder and
install power on the material cylinder to drive the internal
high-speed rotation
of the material cylinder. The rotation of the material cylinder
makes the internal
materials roll up and down and exchange left and right, stirring
and rotating the
scattered materials, so that the materials reach a uniform mixture
in a short
period of time.
The material bucket rotates 360 degrees, featuring
three-dimensional movement
that transforms the material from a gathered state to a dispersed
state with
mutual blending ensuring no dead corners during mixing. A
high-speed rotating
blade is installed inside the bucket, directly driven by a motor
with adjustable
speed through frequency conversion, providing forced and dispersion
of materials.
The three-dimensional motion mixer is composed of a base,
transmission system,
electrical control system, multi-directional motion working
mechanism, and mixing
drum. mixing drum, which directly contacts the material, is made of
stainless steel,
with both the inner and outer walls polished.
